Riding the "Bobs"

The "Bobs" was considered by many to be Riverview Park's most intense roller coaster. Once over the first hill, an eighty-five foot drop, this ride roared along at 65 miles per hour through thirteen hundred feet of twists and turns. Due to its dizzying pace, the "Bobs" bestowed one of the largest earring collections in the world upon Carl Jeske, the manager. None of the forcibly ejected ornaments matched, thus earning Mr. Jeske a write-up in Ripley's "Believe It or Not!"
